At FridayWorldwide, every personalized video is crafted with care by our dedicated team. Due to the custom nature of our product, we kindly ask that any changes to your order—including the message, video preferences, or delivery time—be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, production may begin and changes are no longer guaranteed.
Important:
If you'd like to request a change to your order, please email us as soon as possible. If your video hasn’t been filmed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
For rescheduling delivery times, please note that our team operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST), and the latest available replacement time is 12:00 AM EST (midnight New York time) on the day of your order. Requests made after this may not be possible due to our filming schedule.
