Order Change Policy

At FridayWorldwide,
every personalized video is crafted with care by our dedicated team. Due to the custom nature of our product, we kindly ask that any changes—such as the message, video preferences, or delivery time—be submitted within 4 hours of placing your order.

We typically receive 800–900+ orders per day, so last-minute changes can:

  1. Disrupt our filming team’s schedule
  2. Delay video delivery for other clients
  3. Create a ripple effect that may lead to refund requests

Important:
If your video hasn’t been filmed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests. Please email us as soon as possible.

For delivery reschedules, note that we operate on Eastern Standard Time (EST) and the latest available replacement time is 12:00 AM EST on the day of your order. Requests after this may not be possible due to our filming schedule.
