If you're not completely satisfied with your original video, we’re happy to provide one free redo — just reach out to our support team within 14 days of your purchase, and we’ll work with you to make the necessary adjustments or create a new version that better fits your expectations.

  • The redo must be requested within 14 days of receiving your video.
  • Revisions are limited to reasonable changes based on your original request.
  • Major reworks or new concept requests may incur additional charges.
  • Redos are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for refunds.
  • During peak holiday seasons, redo requests may be temporarily unavailable due to high order volume. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy times.
